The Practicum is a three or four week in-school experience in another cultural setting
through which participants can:
- Fulfill introduction to education school experience requirements for entry to, or
as part of initial course work in, your college's teacher education program
- Gain an international comparative understanding of curriculum and teaching practice
- Consider the role of teacher and determine whether teaching is the career you wish
to pursue
- Complete practica associated with instructional methods courses overseas
